Growing up in the Patapsco Valley region, Ron Bennett, co-founder and owner, has deep roots in the Patapsco Valley region, where generations of his family have lived and worked. His connection to the land began at an early age, and what started as mowing lawns for neighbors as a teenager quickly grew into a lifelong passion and the foundation of Patapsco Valley Lawn & Landscape.

With over 40 years experience in lawn care and landscape management, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. His commitment to quality workmanship and strong work ethic has shaped the company’s reputation for reliability and excellence throughout the community.

Ron takes great pride in continuing a family tradition of serving the local area and building lasting relationships with customers, many of whom have trusted the company for years.

Raised from a hard working family, entrepreneurship was instilled in Tracy from a very young age. While attending college for business and accounting, Tracy recognized the potential for a long term business opportunity right here in their community. All while raising another generation of entrepreneurs, Tracy has poured love into the customer experience side of Patapsco Valley Lawn & Landscape creating precious relationships with customers. Today, she is an accomplished business owner, mother, and now grandmother.

Ronnie has been immersed in the family business from an early age, developing a strong passion for lawn care and the outdoors. Today, he plays a key leadership role within our company, overseeing our crews and ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard. Ronnie specializes in managing larger landscape installations and complex jobs, bringing hands-on expertise and attention to detail to every property. His commitment to quality and efficiency helps ensure a smooth experience and exceptional results for our clients.

Megan is an integral part of our team, bringing a strong focus on landscape planning, plant selection, and customer experience. With a deep understanding of how to create and maintain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces, she works closely with clients to bring their vision to life while ensuring long-term health and success for their landscapes. As Ron and Tracy’s oldest daughter, Megan plays a key role in continuing our family’s commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional service.

Kate is a key member of our team, managing our financial operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly from behind the scenes. She keeps customer accounts and portals up to date, providing a seamless and organized experience for clients. As Ron and Tracy’s second daughter, Kate plays an important role in supporting our family’s commitment to dependable service and strong customer relationships.
